I am a freelance portrait and documentary photographer based in Leipzig / Germany. My work spectrum ranges from editorial and corporate photography to personal documentary projects for book and exhibition projects. All my photographs are inspired by the people and the light in front of my camera.

Born in 1986 in Rostock, I received my journeyman's certificate as a photographer in Leipzig in 2010 and completed my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam in 2016 with the photographic work "The Portrait as a Document of Time" under Prof. Wiebke Loeper. I am currently studying alongside my job in the Master's program "Visual Strategies and Stories" at the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art in Halle under Prof. Stephanie Kiwitt.
